At what hours do you service?

We service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service will not be provided after 6 AM, Christmas Day, December 25th, but will resume after 9 PM.

At what accumulation do you service?

Our crews are dispatched to their routes as soon as snow accumulates above 5cm. In case of a heavier snowfall, we do return for a second visit.

When does my service start?

Your service will begin within 48 hours of confirmation of your registration and payment.

How do you manage my personal data?

All of our customer data is stored internally and securely. We do not share or sell any of our client information to third parties.

Do you collect/store credit card information?

Any credit card information that we collect from our clients is destroyed immediately after processing payment.
